We receive only aggregate numbers of calls and call durations, not callers’ telephone numbers, recordings, or SMS lists. Who receives information

Our hosting provider supplies the infrastructure needed to deliver and secure the website and may process technical access logs for those purposes. Your cookie choice is stored on your device so the website can remember it. Our email provider handles messages sent to our privacy contact address. Google receives analytics information only when statistics tracking is enabled by your choice. Google Analytics information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Google’s published transfer arrangements describe the UK-US Data Bridge and contractual clauses used as applicable; see Google’s information about international data transfers. We do not receive caller-level data from Datapro. The provider has confirmed that website visitor logs are stored in its UK data centres and are not routinely shared or transferred outside the UK/EEA; disclosure may occur where required by law or with prior written consent. Other hosting records may have different retention periods.
