The website is operated by Kilo Delta Limited. The premium-rate telephone service is provided and billed by Datapro Services Ltd.

2. Who can use this service

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must have the bill payer’s permission before you call.
• Do not use the site or service if it is unlawful for you to do so where you live.

3. Prices and billing

• Calls cost £1.00 per minute plus your network’s access charge. Check your network provider for its charge.
• Charges apply for as long as you stay on the call. You are responsible for monitoring the cost.
• Service details may appear on your bill.

4. Call recording

All calls are recorded to comply with PSA regulations. Recordings are held by Datapro Services Ltd.

5. Promotional messages

We may send free promotional SMS. Send ‘STOP ALL’ to 07860086062 to opt out at any time.

6. The nature of the service

• This is an adult entertainment chat service. There is no possibility of meeting, expressed or implied.
• Callers and models are not to be contacted outside the service.
• Images on the site are for entertainment purposes only. All models were over 18 years at the time the image was taken.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, threaten or harass callers or staff, make hoax or nuisance calls, record calls, or attempt to arrange meetings. We may end any call and block numbers that break these rules.

8. Complaints

Contact our Customer Careline on 0203 455 2145. Phone-paid services are regulated by the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA). If we cannot resolve your complaint you can contact the PSA.

9. Liability

The site and service are provided as available. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
